As mentioned by Aquatic Therapy Self-help therapies are mental health procedures that you can carry out on your own time to help with problems like stress, anxiety, and depression. They can be a good way to see if a therapy is right for you, like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), before committing to it. They may be helpful if you are pressed for time.
